ModuleWorks, the leading supplier of software components to the CAD/CAM industry, has taken part in the “Great Place to Work” competition since 2014 and has won a prize in at least one category each year. For the second time in a row, ModuleWorks has been awarded the title “Great Place to Work NRW”. In the survey of companies in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia, ModuleWorks is recognized as one of the top 38 employers.
Great Place to Work® is a global research, consulting and training consultancy that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. The award is presented to businesses based on an employee survey concerning central topics such as leadership, teamwork, professional development and life balance.
167 companies representing all business sectors in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia entered the competition. Based on the employee surveys, the top 38 companies received the title “Great Place to Work NRW” and ModuleWorks could score 12th place in this competition.
“We are delighted to be awarded the Great Place to Work certificate yet again and are very proud of what we have achieved so far” says Jens Beissel, Marketing & HR Manager at ModuleWorks. “Ever since our first participation in the Great Place to Work bench mark study four years ago, the work we do for our personnel has taken great steps forward. Every year our participation in the study helps us to focus our attention and become more sensitive to personnel requirements, which in turn enables us to recognize the important issues and take action. All of this is reflected in our survey results and our place on the list. The results for “Best IT Employers” and “Best Employers in Germany” are not in yet, and we hope to be among the best in these categories as well”.
