- You are currently studying IT or a similar degree
- Fluent German and good English skills (B2)
- Pragmatic “hands on” approach
- Highly self-motivated with strong analytic thinking skills and willingness to work independently
- Excellent communicator, within a team and in an IT support role
- Ideally you have experience in the following areas:
- Computer hardware installation/maintenance
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and use of command line Windows/Linux
- Experience in the following technologies is an advantage: Ansible, Docker, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365
- Work as a member of an agile IT team to maintain and improve the IT landscape
- 1st and 2nd level support for colleagues
- Provision of hardware and software for colleagues and offer corresponding advice
- Installation of hardware with an imaging server and Ansible
- Participation in IT projects
- Improve and develop company-wide IT processes and documentation as part of the IT team
- An innovative and dynamic team where cooperation is key

My name is Dominique Burow and I joined ModuleWorks in 2019. Since 2021, I am functioning as the team leader of the IT team. With my dynamic and diverse colleagues, it is an absolute pleasure to maintain and expand the IT infrastructure of ModuleWorks, to provide dedicated IT Support for our colleagues, work on improved IT security measures and to take part in exciting new IT projects!
