We are looking for a Student Assistant to work in Human Resources (f/m/d)
Your profile
- You are studying economics, social sciences, communications or a related subject (preferably with a focus on human resources)
- You have good MS Office skills
- You have excellent communication skills, a confident manner and can handle personal data with trust and sensitivity
- You work independently and conscientiously
- Good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile
Your role
- Perform HR support tasks, such as maintaining certificates and employee contracts in our HR software (Personio)
- Support the HR team in all administrative and project-related activities
- Carry out various tasks in our day-to-day business, especially in the area of recruitment
- Play an active role in shaping and developing our employer brand
- Contribute to the planning, digital implementation and optimization of HR processes
- Assist in the preparation of evaluations, reports and statistics
